What’s The Offer?
Provide a replacement, with a “like for like HVAC system to interested members in our Deer Creek Ranch community (also to any member of law enforcement, or veteran as long as they live within CP) with a much lower commercial mark up compared to residential contractors in our area.
All change outs would be scheduled in a narrow time window, early in 2021 (between Feb & April), to allow our qualified team to be as efficient as possible. Simply stated, scheduling installs in a smaller geographic area and in a defined time frame allows us to plan the installations easier, and at a lower cost, benefiting both of us.
A few things to note:
- Duct work beyond what is needed to change out equipment is not included in this offer.
- Must choose either American Standard or Carrier Brand Equipment for install.
- Can add air filtration systems at the same time, with the same offer.
